Oberwerk 10x50mm Wide-angle Waterproof Binocular is another brand new binoculars model from Oberwerk. The Oberwerk 10x50WA is Oberwerk's most compact porro-prism binocular, and is a truly waterproof model in Oberwerk binoculars lineup. This is one of the only water-proof binoculars available that uses a convenient center focus, which is made possible by the use of super-stiff ceramic ocular bridges. The ceramic bridges keep the oculars in perfect alignment, in order to maintain a waterproof seal. It's ideal for all kinds of outdoor activies such as sports, hunting, nautical usage, wildlife observation- and it's small enough not to get in the way. Because the 10x50WA focuses to less than 30 feet, it's great for birdwatching as well. Includes the finest BAK4 prisms, fully coated optics throughout, and high-quality broadband multi-coated objectives. The bright, wide 6° field of view also makes these ideal for binocular astronomy. At a relatively low 10x power, they offer a steady view even when hand-holding. The high degree of eye relief and fold-down eyecups makes this model a great choice for those that wear eyeglasses.
