Opti Logic Laser Rangefinder Hypsometer 400LH : 400LH
Opti Logic Laser Rangefinder Hypsometer 400LH - 400LH.
OpticsPlanet introduces the LH Series of hypsometers by Opti-Logic includes models that measure over 600 yards on non-reflective targets and up to 1000 yards on highly reflective targets. What does the 400LH do? It measures like no affordable rangefinder/hypsometer has ever measured before. To be more specific:Mode 1: Measures line-of-sight distance in feet, meters or yards with accuracy of +/- one yard up to 400 yards or more on a non-reflective target.Mode 2: Measures horizontal distance in feet, meters or yards with accuracy of +/- one yard up to 400 yards or more on a non-reflective target.Mode 3: Measures height in feet, meters or yards with accuracy of +/- one foot (+5% of reading).Mode 4: Measures angle in degrees or percent grade with a resolution of +/- 0.2 degrees. All single measurements are virtually instantaneous and Mode 3, which requires three measurements to determine height, takes about 10 seconds to complete. If you’re a forester or contractor who needs multiple measurements, the LH Series of hypsometers is the most efficient and economical answer to your needs. The 400LH laser hypsometer has simple one-button operation, is powered by a single nine-volt battery, measures a minimum of four yards and has an automatic rain mode which detects and ignores highly reflective rain drops with no compromise to the other features of the unit. Suggested retail price on the 400LH is $795.95.Each hypsometer model is capable of measuring the height of a structure to +/- 1 foot (+5% of reading) in about ten seconds.
The LH hypsometers have four operational modes and can measure line-of-sight distance, horizontal distance, height and angle. Distance measurements are +/- one yard and angle measurement resolution is +/- 0.2 degrees. Each LH model is user programmable for distance and height measurements in feet, yards or meters. In addition, angle measurements can be displayed in degrees or percent grade.
With four distinct measuring modes and simple one-button operation, the LH Series has far-ranging applications in construction, forestry and many other industries. Whether used by a forester to measure the height of a tree or by a crane operator to measure the height of a structure, the LH rangefinder provides an ergonomically friendly design that makes transport and usage convenient in almost any working conditions.
